Volunteering with Sambhali Trust
Volunteering in India for Sambhali Trust provides the opportunity to work with an Indian-run organization with great expertise in grassroots development and women’s empowerment.
Sambhali U.S. provides information and orientation for potential volunteers at Sambhali Trust, but volunteers are chosen and supervised solely by Sambhali Trust.
Most volunteer experiences involve working in a center, boarding home, or in another project directly involving the girls or women of Sambhali. Some volunteers also are involved in administrative and communications work.
