SAMBHALI TRUST’S ACTION AGAINST COVID-19

India went into lockdown on March 24th. It helped slow the spread of the virus but caused great economic suffering for the poorest Indians, many of whom were unable to access food, shelter, and other necessities. Sambhali Trust took immediate action to transform itself into a highly efficient and effective relief organization reaching desperately poor people living in rural villages in the Thar Desert.
